The world is facing a big scarcity of water. More than half of the water is trapped by the glaciers. And less than one forth of water is fresh and used by us for drinking purpose. It have many benefits like it delivers oxygen throughout the body and it forms saliva which helps in digestion of food.
It helps in weight loss and it also glows our skin. It maintains blood pressure, prevents kidney damage.

2. A person can live about a month without food, but only about a week without water.
3. When water freezes, it expands by nine percent.
